Elpam produces Sirens and warning systems such as alarms, All Clear Signal, NBC (Nuclear Biological & Chemical) and PA system (Public Address) that have successfully passed all conditional environmental tests, including EMC testing.
The sirens can be activated locally by an operating panel and a phone line or via a dial-up, or by a remote operating system control panel and / or computer. Elpam designs, produces, installs and maintains these systems through major radio lines or other methods. They properly operate in Israel for years.

Siren System EL 3000

he EL3000 high power electronic sirens offered by ELPAM Electronics Ltd. The EL3000 is acoustic warning systems used to provide warnings in emergency states. The EL3000 designed to satisfy warning and notification requirements for Civil Defense, Military facilities and as Public Address System. The EL3000 systems enable providing outputs of up to 3000W. The EL3000 systems have interfaces and basic options for monitoring and controlling the system. Internal ‘Quiet Test’ performs a complete full power test of the siren. The status report read in the siren control panel or communicated to the control station. The siren controller is fully autonomous with battery backup for at least seven days with no AC supply. Use of Solar power done with or in place of AC. The loudspeaker array is 100% resistant to the effects of lightning and atmospheric corrosion. The EL3000 siren systems are common in Israeli towns and cities, and continually used for air raids and missile attacks on civilian population. Israel has more than 2400 warning sirens EL3000.

Mobile Alarm siren System for Public warning and notification for any emergency situations. The mobile siren system is a portable field notification unit. It’s used to alert the public against any natural disasters, dangerous weather conditions, military needs, etc. The system can operate as stand-alone alerting system and autonomously controlled or be integrated with many types of remote control means. The EL-M system is a fully self-contained and ruggedized trailer. Siren Trailer include telescopic speaker pole. The system requires minimal operator set-up. Deployed by a single persons during in few minutes. The siren is up and running in a very short time. Easy shop store and with small storage area.
